Terms and Conditions: GH Recruit Services
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By subscribing to GH Recruit’s services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. GH
Recruit reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Subscription and Services:
a. The subscription to GH Recruit services grants you access to job opportunities, recruitment
assistance, and related support services.
b. GH Recruit will make applications on behalf of the subscriber to potential employers or
recruiting entities.

3. Application Process:
a. GH Recruit will review and assess the subscriber’s application based on provided information.
b. The subscriber may be required to undergo additional assessments, interviews, or screenings.

4. Subscription Fees:
a. Subscription fees are outlined as follows and are subject to change with notice.
b. Payment of Gh¢500 is required for registration and for continued access to GH Recruit
services. The continued service includes research on job opportunities and applications to
overseas employers.
c. If GH Recruit is able to secure an interview appointment by an employer overseas, a payment
of Gh¢1000 is required before access to interview link is given.
d. We charge you £1000 for a successful job offer by overseas employers

5. Refund Policy:
a. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
b. GH Recruit may, at its discretion, refund fees under certain circumstances.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:
a. GH Recruit will handle subscriber data in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
b. Subscriber information may be shared with potential employers or relevant third parties as part
of the application process.

7. Communication:
a. Subscribers may receive communication from GH Recruit via email, phone, or other channels.
b. GH Recruit reserves the right to communicate updates, newsletters, or relevant information to
subscribers.

8. Termination:
a. GH Recruit reserves the right to terminate a subscriber’s access to services for any violation of
these terms.
b. Subscribers can terminate their subscription at any time, with no refund for unused portions of
the subscription.

9. Liability:
a. GH Recruit will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or
inability to use our services.
b. GH Recruit is not responsible for the outcome of job applications or employment decisions
made by potential employers.

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in Ghana.
By subscribing to GH Recruit’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to these terms and conditions.
